Vauxite/XFCE for Fedora 39

I've found the commit "feat: enable fedora 39 builds (#301)" which excludes Vauxite image for Fedora 39.
It's not directly related to UblueOS but currently quay.io fedora-ostree-desktops repo doesn't have Vauxite builds for Fedora 39 as well.

That leads to question:

1. Does anyone still maintain Vauxite?
2. Will it come back at some point after Fedora 39 release?

The fedora-ostree-desktops images are built here: https://gitlab.com/fedora/ostree/ci-test/

Then we'd be able to slurp it in automatically. If you can file an issue there and then we can figure out what to do we can always PR a fix there or at least ask around for help. Upstream is very receptive to fixes in that repo so we can probably get it done before release.

Vauxite Fedora 39 builds are already fixed by Timothée Ravier.
