Failure to rebase inside Boxes

I installed a fresh copy of Fedora Silverblue 37 inside boxes and try to rebase to the base image at this repo: https://github.com/tunix/silverblue

However I get below error:

$ sudo rpm-ostree rebase --experimental ostree-unverified-registry:ghcr.io/tunix/silverblue-base:37

Hmm, I've never seen that error before. I was able to rebase to your image successfully, so that part works:
