Describe the package

I'd like acpi_ec to be included so that we could make use of applications that can control the fans and the RGB lights of notebooks.

In my case as example, my Acer Nitro laptop would normally use NitroSense on Windows, while on Linux the community provided alternative would be Packss/Linux-NitroSense which makes use of acpi_ec. Secure boot is supported.

A "platform agnostic" option for fan control only is provided by hirschmann/nbfc.

Most images in the project would benefit from this, essentially anything that could be run by a laptop, but I'd argue this most especially applies to Bazzite, as the usage of fan speeds and RGB mostly applies in gaming focused setups.
