Add Multi-Location functionality in influx_interact.py

influx_interact.py query function only allows for one location to be queried at a time. Right now we are only working with 'Campus Energy Centre' sensors and will not hinder our current approach. For future proofing will probably want to change query call to allow for multiple locations to be queried as more sensors get added in.
