Let's explore adding support for reading command line flags in docker-machine create --driver virtualbox dao-dev - so that we can create VMs with more than the standard amount of memory.

We can also support --virtualbox-disk-size and solve #5 as well. For that matter, we can set higher defaults in the install script as well.
