  • Could this repo get deleted?
  • Or could the repository description more prominently mention the archival nature of the repo? -
    Maybe add a link to the new repo github.com/typesafehub/scala-logging as well?

It's easy to miss that the bottom of the README says to go to the new repo.

It's acting as a honeypot for well-meaning people like @unoexperto (and myself!).

Surely by "bottom of the README" you mean "entire README"? I'm not sure how it could be more prominently indicated that it's EOL.

@giftig Thanks for the correction.

I meant to say the "bottom of the page in the README". The EOL note is "below the fold" and easy to miss, IMO.

That's a feature of github, not of this repo. This repo still has value imo so asking for it to be deleted because it's confusing if you don't read the (in this case, single-sentence) documentation is ridiculous.

Ok, good to know it needs to exist. That's why I suggested updating the repository description and adding a link to the new repo.
