"agent failed to dequeue chunk" during tx submit #382

Situation:
I'm trying to submit tx to node throw socket created by socat

Result:
localtxsubmission::client::submit_tx return 'agent failed to dequeue chunk' error

Also in parallel chainsync protocol works fine without any errors.

Logs from pallas (chainsync and submit work in parallel)

Node working in p2p mode
