Error:
CRITICAL:root:twint.run:Twint:Feed:noData'globalObjects'

Thank you.

When I installed fresh on my own local machine, I got a very similar error CRITICAL:root:twint.feed:Follow:IndexError.
This is just conjecture, but maybe twitter modified something and the reason your vps gives a different result is because twitter didn't update all their servers at once, and the twitter server the vps connects to is different from the twitter server your local machine connects to, a server which hasn't yet updated to the patch that breaks twint.
