还有这个对于加密文件的判断，为什么不直接吧加密配置放在收集器里，和可寻址规则（IAddressRule）、打包规则（IFilterRule）配置在一起 这样减少了，逻辑里对资源的类型的判断，还用户就不用在加载的时候去配置解密逻辑了（我看历史issues中有好几个关于加密了，但是没有配置解密的提问）

文档里关于解密在什么地方使用没有找到详细描述，然后我是根据异常位置，一步步往上推才找到的；
