DMP Publication licence

Currently, the exported DMP refers to a license to publish the DMP itself. Researchers should be able to select this option themselves and the question should be at the end of the points. It would be conceivable to first ask whether the DMP itself should be published and if the answer is not no, only the option between CC-BY and CC-By SA could be selected.
