FEATURE REQUEST: Be able to add prefix to the folder file so that the index file is always at first

I would like the index file to be at the top of all files withing the folder.
to do that the best would be to be able to add _ before the file folder index name
So a folder demo-folder would have a file name _demo-folder

This seems simple to implement and would greatly improve usability to me !

Also often I want to create a file which has same name as folder, and I don't want to mix with the automatically indexed file, so by using a prefix for the folder would allow to be able to choose the same name without prefix
