Files with folder name are not indexed when index file has a different name

Hi there.
I have a small bug.

I have noticed that even when the automatic renaming etc is disabled, files with the same name as the folder do not get indexed.

My folder structure tends to follow the pattern of the first document in the folder having the same name as the folder, so this ends up excluding the main note from the index.
