[Suggestion] disable randomization global setting

I know there is a way to stop randomisation on units by double clicking on them but if the user wants to disable it on every unit placed, could there be a global setting or a module to disable it

For example (module)
When placed it can override all settings and disable it on everything placed

Or a setting inside attributes?
