In addition to the essentials in #6, it would be nice to have a local instance of H5P available, hosted either in Wordpress or Drupal, or in a lighter-weight host.

Wordpress/Drupal are obviously the quickest and easiest solutions here, but if we go for creating a lighter-weight host, I'd like to try adding H5P support to the Xerte Online Toolkit (XOT), which is a tool for creating complete courses. Here's a simple example course I made. Imagine if each page was an H5P object!

If you're curious to experiment with XOT, you can use a demo of the authoring interface here (just be nice and don't delete other peoples' stuff, since it currently gives everyone full access).
