At the mini hackathon today we talked about what the most basic demo we'd like to be able to deliver is, with the goal of breaking that down into tasks. Here's what we started with (with some missing details filled in by me):

  1. Pick some projects that students do at the institute.
  2. Assign each project, and objective that will go on that project's map, an xAPI-compatible ID to make it easier to store in/retrieve from the LRS.
    • A unique ID is required for the viewer to be able to request information to display anyway
    • Making an ID xAPI-compatible just means presenting as a URI like http://tunapanda.org/swag/projects/h5p/create_shapes (or something like that)
    • Micke's ktouch map does this, we just need to be sure we keep doing it, and ideally come up with a consistent url scheme we can use for future maps.
  3. Create swagmaps for these projects, where nodes on the map represent objectives (within project? or within a curriculum? this will be discussed in Select projects and collect notes for initial swagmap projects #12)
  4. Tunapanda has notes for students that describe each project. Clicking a node on a swagmap should display those notes.
