What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define default caldav resources in sabredav
2. enable caldav_local driver in calendar
3. Login with a new/fresh identity to roundcube and caldav resources are not
listed by default in calendar.
Please provide any additional information below.

caldav_local driver specific... while resources are created in the backend on
first login, calendar does not list these resources by default.
