Sorry I can't really tell what's wrong from the video itself. Is it about it scrolling too fast? What are the controls you used to change pages?
i be scrolling normally with the mouse cursor and it skip pages. all i use is the mouse cursor and nothing else and it skips pages no matter how slow i go.
Are you by any chance using a touchpad? The alternative way to scroll for now is by using arrow keys or page up and down.
From the video description it says that it's been a week (since Oct 14), but the app hasn't been updated for awhile so it might not be caused by code changes from the site
