Block Pattern UI

Block Pattern UI allows WordPress admins to create Block Patterns within the WordPress Dashboard.

How to Use the Plugin

  1. Install & Activate the Block Pattern UI plugin
  2. Locate and click on the ‘Block Patterns‘ menu item in the sidebar admin menu
  3. Click on the ‘Add New‘ button
  4. Enter the title of the Block Pattern. This is the title that will appear on the Post Edit screen when selecting a pattern
  5. Start building your pattern using Blocks
  6. Create or Assign a category for your Block Pattern
  7. Publish the pattern
  8. Go to a test page and locate your pattern in the Block Inserter under the pattern tab and click on it.
  9. The block pattern will now be added to your page.
