Page timestamps / version?

It'd be nice to get some basic page metadata:

I.e.:

• timestamp of first revision (maybe a relative date but the absolute date as tooltip)
• timestamp of most recent revision
• rev count for this file (something like git rev-list --count --first-parent)

I'll transfer this issue over to the API repo, as it involves more work there. On the frontend, we just need to display a few more values sent by the API at the /api/Documents/ByLocation endpoint.
