Support new amplify V2 transformers #16

Amplify cli versions (7.x and 8.x) switched to the new V2 transformers. https://docs.amplify.aws/cli/migration/transformer-migration/

When using this plugin it leads to an error while trying to deploy:

🛑 Schema validation failed.

Unknown directive "default".

Can we support the new amplify cli versions?
