External links in content are being rewritten #186

Using subdirectories for translations and when viewing a post in the non-source language (eg. https://blog.example.com/zh/hello-world/) all links in the content are being rewritten to include the subdirectory. So a link to https://github.com/transifex/ is changed to https://github.com/zh/transifex/ which results in 404
