Install doesn't

Downloaded and ran Transformer-Lab-Setup-0.7.2.exe on Win10 (with up-to-date WSL) whence an installing window flashes, briefly.
The directory .transformerlab is not created, the Transformer Lab app sits quietly doing nothing. Same when running as Admin.

What should I do now? Use LM-Studio?

I wonder if it is unable to curl for some reason. Can you see if there is a log at <user_directory>\AppData\Roaming\transformerlab\logs\main.log where user_directory is something like C:\Users\username?
