Documentation: add examples for constructing cap table, and performing standard operations

On the docs site, provide examples for how common operations should be performed.

• creating an issuer (must exist before anything else happens) with initial shares authorized
• creating a stock class
• creating an issuance transaction for stakeholders 1-3
• creating an acceptance, cancellation, adjustment, re-purchase, and re-issuance transactions
• creating a stock transfer transaction
