Primary category is being ignored

I'm using your plugin "Custom Post Type Permalinks", but found an issue when I use Yoast SEO plugin and Woocommerce.
With the Yoast SEO plugin, you can select which category must be primary when a product has more than one category.
For example: product X has two categories: "schools" and "activities". I choose "schools" to be the primary category.
The primary category is then added the the URL: domain.com/schools/product-x

But when I activate your plugin "Custom Post Type Permalinks". The primary category is ignored.
Always the first selected category is added in the url: so my url is domain.com/activities/product-x and not the chose primary category anymore.
