New infrastructure testing

We deployed two new two bootstrap nodes and 18 normal public nodes to increase network reliability. It seems that after the initial connection, the bootstrap peers drop the connection with the existing nodes, this will result in fragmented networks.
We need to investigate further if this is really happening
