Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.topcoder.com/'
2. Click on "The Community"
3. Verify on "The Community" page, if "LESP" box appears or not.

Expected behavior
"LSEP" box should not appear on "The Community" page

Actual Result
"LSEP" box appeared on "The Community" page
