Supporting the Development

We appreciate more users to help developing Amidst. For example, you can add support for a new Minecraft version, fix bugs, write tests, implement new features or write documentation. However, please get in contact, BEFORE you make changes. This enables us to discuss and agree on the changes. When you start making changes, please do it in a separate branch and create a pull request from it. Travis CI will tell you, whether your changes pass the build process. In general, we use the Github Flow for all contributions.

If you are an active developer and you are interested to become a collaborator, please request it.

If you would like to help but don't know what to do, we received feature requests which would really be nice to have in Amidst. There are also some feature requests which we labeled as currently out of scope, because they require quite a bit of work, so if you want to invest lots of time and effort, these are probably the right starting point. As always, get in contact before writing code.
