Placing {#fig:id} arbitrary in a markdown document won't translate the placeholder

Hi,

Thank you so much for this neat package! This is more a question rather than an issue. I am wondering if I can place the {#fig:id} anywhere in a markdown - similar to {#tbl:id}, rather than immediately after the image embed {#fig:id}.

The reason I asked is that I need to customise where the label sits with an image. Also, Obsidian is not allowing me to put the {#fig:id} on the same line as the image embed.

Any ideas?
