Include macOS version number in README for Ventura (13) #52

I'm currently running macOS 14, aka Sonoma, but if you just told me "Sonoma," I would have no idea which major version of macOS it was.

The same is true for Ventura, which I googled; it's macOS 13. Please include the major version number in the README.md.
