Hi,Tobias. Thanks for this great tools. The lorax can detect telomere sequence in longread data. In your papar, ont-reads were used. I am interested whether this tool can also be used in pacbio hifi data.

I think so. Actually the lower error rate of PacBio HiFi should be rather beneficial but let me know if you run into problems.
