Automatic compression option on upload.

Just throwing the idea for some future day someone is bored.

It would be nice if there was additional flag in upload logic (like paste/extension ones) that would cause all images uploaded using it to be automatically compressed using some tool.

ShareX and my Linux upload scripts do this before uploading (as it makes the upload faster on slower connections) but this may be an interesting feature serverside too
