RAM utilization showing incorrectly on m4 Mac. #77

RAM utilization is showing incredibly high to wwhat's actually in use. Here you can see on terminal the usage is actually 22GB or RAm versus what 43.436 which is what asitop is reporting.

I did some initial looking at the utils module, but didn't see any problems. I'm thinking it could be with the psutils module. I will try to find the issue in the mean time.

I have the same problem in my M3 mba after upgrading to macOS 15.1.1
