E-Cpu, P-Cpu constant 100% #59

Same for me with my M2 Pro: the 4 E-CPU are always 100%, all the P-CPU are all between 50 and 80% while the other tools (iStatistica Pro) shows 4% usage. |

I do experience the same issue with my MBP M2 Max while MX Power Gadget is showing values which do meet my expectations. As asitop relies on the data provided from powermetrics command, I just tried that command. That tool also reports that 100% utilization. Guess Apple has to do some work here, not Timothy? |

My M2 max chip recently shows the usages for E-Cpu and P-Cpu constantly 100%. But the power seems correct. I verified with htop and activity monitor on cpu usages. Hope can help me fix this.
