Error specified: IIS 7.x or later must be installed before iisnode installation.
Installer name: iisnode-core-iis7-v0.2.2-x64.msi

You are using a very old version of the installer. Please read Azure#146 to learn where are the new releases and also good alternatives of iisnode.
