PocketBook spec

I'm currently working on a spec for PocketBook eInk readers.

The spec itself is very simple: it changes only the compiler and ld flags.

I've created a GitHub Action workflow for making an archive for drag-and-dropping into estudio dir:

Should I make a PR to add this spec here? Maybe we can start with the textual instructions as you have here and later discuss if github actions can be used in the future.

It has been a while since I have worked on this repository. I think that eventually, I will change de documentation to use the public svn address and not the old one that is not accessible anymore. Also test for the latest EiffelStudio and chaintools could be interesting, but I do not have the time presently to work on that.

Of course, I am generally accepting pull request. So, do not hesitate to do some work on this repository and to submit them.
