Adding compatibility with Mac OS X.
The library should not be too hard to port because it uses Mac OS X libraries (https://wiki.libsdl.org/SDL2/Installation#macos , https://openal-soft.org/ , https://icculus.org/mojoAL/, https://sourceforge.net/projects/mosx-mpg123/, http://gree2.github.io/devops/2015/04/12/install-libsndfile-on-mac).
The First Eiffel Game Library was compatible with Mac OS X (see: https://github.com/tioui/eiffel_game_lib#installation-on-mac-os-x)
