This is less an enhancement request for JKAN and more information for others.
The Open Data Institute has a tool called Octopub (https://octopub.io/) which offers a means to validate csv using CSVLint (https://csvlint.io/) and manage their storage on GitHub.
The real advantage in using it is that for users with no experience of GitHub it produced a nice Markdown file for each dataset which previews the data and allows an easier way to download it.
Nice! I was wondering how they might link together since octopub also has a "dataset" page on its own, with links to resources. Thanks for contextualising. Also note that #4 is related (not implemented of course). Thank you for sharing!

We've used this for many of the datasets at www.oxopendata.uk
Check out a sample dataset at https://www.oxopendata.uk/datasets/road-traffic-accidents-in-oxfordshire/
