Archive leaves a ghost for too long, sometimes has to reload the list

Steps to reproduce

1. Set swipe action to archive
2. Go to inbox
3. Swipe with archive
4. Swipe multiple emails in a row

Expected behavior

The vertical space taken by the email to archive collapses up quickly, with items below the archived email smoothly transitioning one level up.

The user can quickly swipe through emails to archive their large backlog of promotional emails they haven't deal with in a week.

Actual behavior

After swiping for archive, the full height of the message remains taken by the green archive card for 2~2.5s.
This gives the impression the message can be swiped back for undo. (they can't)
If you swipe messages quickly, because they all take 2s to decay, you can make your entire inbox full of archive cards., which then disepear in an unpleasing manner.

Additionally, sometimes the app decides to refresh the list of emails, and presents the user with an empty list for 1~2s, with emails appearing again afterwards.

These issues all feel like interruptions to the very convenient feature of quickly being able to sort one's emails from their phone.

I have screen recordings, but these would need editing and blurring before sharing, which I would only prefer to do if the issue can't be replicated.
