I managed to successfully install and use the RCRAID on Debian 12 (stable) system. Unfortunately optical SATA disc drive (ODD aka DVD or Blu-ray drive) is not working properly.
The symptoms are:
the drive is visible as /dev/sr0 but unclickable / unmountable (manual mounting disk is not possible; in dmesg there is an error: "/dev/sr0: Can't open blockdev")
lsblk command lists all the drives properly including optical drive: "sr0 11:0 1 1024M 0 rom"
when trying to boot with a DVD disc inserted into the drive, the OS won't load; instead there are constant "tag#XX timing out command, waited 120s" messages.
Any ideas how to fix it?
