prioritisation issue PWC+Sentinels

In Popeye (v4.89) the capture move of the locust bLd2×wPc3-b4 [+wPd2] (so where remains the sentinel?) seems to set the wrong priorities in the combination PWC+Sentinels. The birth of a sentinel seems to be obligatory (within the maximum number of pawns), whereas PWC is based on the Circe standard (the captured man is taken from the board in case its rebirth square is no longer vacant). Consequently, the correct solution should be: bLd2×wPc3-b4 [+bPd2] (with no rebirth of the wP, due to the occupied square d2 by the sentinel). This example is taken from Popeye's solution for a) in the following composition (P.Harris, f-175,#9899):
