Standalone version

Remove dependency on thirty bees core from (most) of the module code, making it somewhat standalone application. We can use module package as a delivery vehicle for this standalone application only.

This will make the whole updating process more stable -- depending on the same files we are migrating is not the best idea. Also, this will allow us to reuse the core updater as a migration tool from ps16, see thirtybees/thirtybees#1452
