Ability to mark issue as resolved. There should be multiple types of resolve

Resolved (in current code base) - Just mark the issue as fixed. If it reoccurs, merchant should be notified.
Resolved in future release - issue is fixed, but the code is not yet deployed. Ignore issue until store is updated to the release. Then, if issue reoccurs, merchant should be notified
Resolved in future module release (module name) - issue is caused by module, and will be fixed in upcoming module version. Ignore the issue until then.
