Restore example images of how to judge ending states

For the Guidelines.

• The images need to go somewhere in the repo.
• The formatting needs to be clean and clear.

I only remember two requests for this. I simply don't have the time to do this properly right now.

Combine them in one picture, store them on the WCA webspace, link them in the Guidelines as CLARIFICATION.

no. I didn't mean that the picture should be displayed in the regulations.
Just insert the link to the picture. That simplifies a lot.

I still like the idea of having example images on the website.
Do we know someone in the community who could provide high-quality images (high-quality != done with a DSLR, but with professional lighting etc.)?
