Describe the issue/bug

air tricks wont work at all and my power boost behaves odd. all related cheats are disabled and all mods have been tested., none of them are causing this.

Expected Behaviour

really i just wanna fix air tricks, ive tried re-downloading the codes, turning everything off and on again the only thing that works is turning hmm off entirely.

Additional Context

strangely some codes don't seem to work when toggled. i.e disable power boost wont do anything on or off.
lastly a title mod i uninstalled ages ago thats still active if youd know anything about that id appreciate any ideas cant find that one.
