repro:

connect wallet with 0.1 on the balance
create edition

result:

error on frontend, -0.05 TON, NFT collection deployed, NFT manager NOT deployed

expected:

do not let user initiate transaction
or
refund full amount (like 0.099 - subtracting only network fee)

Could be Fixed by implementing #89

The front showed an error, everything worked correctly. Tonkeeper warned about the "FAILED" transaction.
