Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We don't yet know what mechanics haze killer rounds or anti storm/void light ammunition will have, however I think we need to consider an ammunition system at least.

Describe the solution you'd like
At least the existing weapons with ammunition, i.e. the bow, crossbow, sling and shortbow should have associated ammunition types and require that ammunition to be associated in the inventory to be used.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not implementing ammunition, however when we get alternative ammunition types, we will need this system setup anyway

Ammunition will be supported through the item resource consume config on weapons/other items.
See the ActivatableItemMixin for context.
