Add Support for all apps

Add adapters to allow any command line app to be used as a Termoil SubRoutine

Example:

var cp = new Termoil.NativeSubRoutine('cp');
      process.stdin.pipe(cp.stdin);
      cp.stdout.on(function(data){
          //use output from native app in your app
      });

Possible use cases:

• End your arguments with a native SubRoutine
• Pipe data through native subroutines
• Pipe native subroutines through other subroutines
