Matcher for chain not to have been called in full

Description

It's already possible to check that a chain was fully called or not at all or on a first level with certain params, but checking it was called to a certain level.
To check if a chain was called to a certain level, but not deeper, currently requires 2 checks and / or expect.anything(). Would be nice to have a clean interface for this.
