Current protocol (reading the Vixen log file using an Apache commons Tailer) is hacky and apparently starts to slow down after ~5 min. Vixen can send output to a port using E1.31, which should be a better option.

Medium priority, high difficulty. Ian was interested in working on this, so tentatively assigning it to him.
