Can not manual install Postgres (v12+) on Raspberry Pi Zero W

Describe the bug

Following Manual install to install Postgres (v12+), and can not install successfully

Expected behavior

Install successfully

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

1. Raspberry Pi Zero W
2. Install Raspberry Pi OS Lite
3. Following the manual install docs:

wget --quiet -O - https://www.postgresql.org/media/keys/ACCC4CF8.asc | sudo apt-key add -
echo "deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ `lsb_release -cs`-pgdg main" | sudo tee  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y postgresql-12 postgresql-client-12
